A powerful metaphor for a playful cooperation

Within an organization who deals with addiction existed a problem of bad cooperation between health care profesionals and health care workers who are experts by experience. This pinball machine serves as a playful solution. While having a cup of coffee together and asking some question which are written on the round disks (unfortunately not visible on the pictures) they learn to respect and value each other a bit more. Because of the size two people are needed to play the machine. Collaboration is essential here.
